Details on Serum
Since the launch of Small Batch by Glass Alchemy, we have gotten a few questions about Serum and we want to make sure you all get the answers. Check out the most frequently asked questions below. If you want to learn more about our Small Batch program, check our original post here.
Why don't you just make larger batches of Serum? If you want your Serum to be air free and vibrant, we are limited to making small quantities at a time. If we made it faster, it wouldn't meet your expectations of our glass.
I signed up for an e-mail notification. Some of my friends have gotten emails, but I haven't - why not? The e-mail notification is not a mass email. The emails are sent in the order you signed up. It is an automated system that determines how many emails to send based on the quantity available. So every time a batch is posted, the people at the top of the list get a notification. If you haven't received an email yet, you will get one when you are at the top of the list.
I heard of a color called Super Serum, is it a real thing? How is it different from regular Serum? How do you get it? Here's the scoop: In our previous production runs of Serum, we would get a few pounds of super saturated Serum. This is what we were calling Super Serum. Instead of limiting ourselves to a few pounds of Super Serum with every batch, Thomas wanted to see if he could make all the Serum as saturated as possible.
We are happy to let you know that over the past few months Thomas has been working on fine tuning the Serum formula and production process. All the Serum we are selling as part of the Small Batch by Glass Alchemy release is as saturated as the Super Serum pieces you have seen a few artists post.
