About Blue Violet, 672

Blue Violet is an old school transparent boro color from Glass Alchemy. It is a rich, user-friendly blue with a violet undertone that sets it apart from traditional cobalt blues. The younger sibling of Dusk, it lands right where the name suggests.

Originally brought back for the GA Anniversary Sale, Blue Violet sold out fast. Now it’s back!!

Easy to work and forgiving across a wide range of lampworking applications. At $38.50/lb, it’s an easy addition to any palette while it lasts.

Working Tip: This is a user friendly color and can withstand long working times.  As always, we suggest you use a neutral flame.
