Cobalt-3 is a balanced medium cobalt blue borosilicate glass designed to sit between Brilliant Blue and Cobalt-4 in the Glass Alchemy cobalt family.

Darker and richer than Brilliant Blue, yet lighter and more illuminating than Cobalt-4, it offers a versatile middle-ground cobalt suitable for a wide range of lampworking applications.

Popular for beads, sculptural work, and general use where adaptable cobalt density is desired.

Working Tip: Work in neutral flame to avoid reduction (gray streaks).
